Market in a Choppy Mode

Market may remain in a choppy mode.From last few days there is a lot of volatility in the market, but Nifty managed to go up and closed above 5700.  Nifty may touch 5752 on the upside.One should not go aggressively long on the market. I am sharing with you one option strategy.
